As usual Gary had dozens of tips and business hacks, but today Tom Foster and I are going to share just two.
Tip # 1: Accountability - Gary called out one of his team members, Randy, and told him that when he says he wants something linked to an episode, he wants it linked to an episode. Obviously Randy wasn’t hearing Gary, but now Gary has made him very accountable, so I don’t think he will ever make this error again.

Tip # 2: The first question on the show was about the branding. What has built his empire, was it the brand of the company or was it Gary Vee himself, and the answer is it’s both.
Your brand is you! What attracts people to Gary is his personality, his interests, what he talks about and what he does, and that’s what you have to do in your marketing as well. Your brand it critical, it’s your name and what you do.
