365 Hour 31



HOUR 31:

Arizona Day 3: Today’s podcast was The Charged Life With Brendon Burchard - 5 Ways To Overcome Adversity. 
I was lucky to  have two friends join me for the walk today, Tom Foster and Brian Slater and to be in the video they also had to listen to the podcast and share their takeaway points, so today you’re getting three massive takeaways. 
# 1: When you have adversity in your life, ask for help. Don’t wait until the shit has hits the fan or the problem has becomes too big to fix. The earlier you ask for help, the earlier you’re going to solve the problem. 
# 2: Keep things in perspective. You know from experience that you’ve had adversity in your past and it’s always turned out okay, so it’s just a cycle. You’ve got to learn to live with the cycles. 
# 3: With all adversity there’s something you’re going to learn and you’re going to come out stronger. Keep belief in yourself and take little action steps everyday and eventually you will overcome it. In the end you will be better for the struggle.
