Today’s tip: Anyone can provide an average service…it’s not really that hard. Simply going through the motions is not really providing a great service. 
What makes a great service experience is enthusiasm and excitement, so if you’re about to employ someone in the service industry, these two qualities will result in positive outcomes for both you and the customer. 
People with enthusiasm and excited will work harder and longer than someone without these qualities.
