Hour 108: Mental & Physical Fitness



HOUR 108: Inspirational Living Podcast, Episode #92: Mental & Physical Fitness. 

This podcast episode is edited and adapted from Assuming Responsibilities by Douglas Fairbanks. 
Here are my three important takeaway points. 
  1. Fear or Courage is learnt at a very early age, so it’s important for us, as adults, to be mindful of how our words and actions impact our children. 
  2. If you exercise in the morning you mentally set yourself up for a great day. If you exercise in the afternoon, you mentally set yourself up for a great evening and you will also sleep much better. If you don’t have time to exercise…MAKE TIME, because you will function better. 
  3. You need to read, or if you do not like reading, listen to podcasts and audio-books, becasue you need to be constantly feeding your mind positive, inspirational information.
