My goal is to walk for one hour per day for 365 days, or in a one year period. If I miss a day, it has to be made up. At the same time I will listen to at least one podcast and then shoot a 60 - 90 second video sharing one take away point from the podcast. This is why it's called a mental and physical challenge. Yes I will be learning from the podcasts, but I'm also learning organisational skills, planning and how to record and edit my videos. It's a WIN:WIN for everyone.

Hour 4 - 365 Hour Mental & Physical Challenge.
During this walk I listened to a podcast called The Charged Life with Brendon Burchard and he's talking about bring joy into every situation.
Be the person that people like to see enter a room. Before you sit at a table with friends, think of something funny or light hearted to say that will bring a smile to everyone's face. Basically bring joy!!!
Not only will they feel better, but you will feel better as well.
