Many business people, regardless of the industry, will advertise to attract new customers to their business, and only a percentage will buy in the first instance.
Here’s today’s takeaway: The mistake business people make, is they go back to the beginning process of advertising to attract more new customers, instead of re-engaging with the ones they already have.
It costs far more to attract new customers than it does to re-engage with existing customers.
You may have already collected their contact details (Name, email, etc), so now you have to develop a systematic approach of staying in touch with these people. You need to be sharing relevant and worthwhile information with your customer base until they are ready to buy. Everyone buys at different times.
So just remember to develop your LIST, because your list is gold, put them into your SALES FUNNEL and set up SYSTEMATIC RE-ENGAGEMENT process of staying in touch on a regular basis.
