Here are my three important takeaway points.
- Fear or Courage is learnt at a very early age, so it’s important for us, as adults, to be mindful of how our words and actions impact our children.
- If you exercise in the morning you mentally set yourself up for a great day. If you exercise in the afternoon, you mentally set yourself up for a great evening and you will also sleep much better. If you don’t have time to exercise…MAKE TIME, because you will function better.
- You need to read, or if you do not like reading, listen to podcasts and audio-books, becasue you need to be constantly feeding your mind positive, inspirational information.
